Harmony Water Association, Inc. offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our members. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Pay
You can pay your bill on-line 24/7. We accept all major Credit cards. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" Bar located to the right or the bottom of this page. Online payments may take 24-48 hours to post to your account. If service has been disconnected, you will still need to contact our office to pay the reconnect fee.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your bill stub or write your account number in the Memo section of your check or money order. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Harmony Water will not remove late charges on account of the mail service.
Payment by Telephone
We accept debit or credit card payments over the phone. There will be an additional 3% processing fee.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill is by automatic bank draft. The amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check or verifying document on your bank letterhead.
On Site Payment
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders, debt and credit cards. There will be an additional 3% processing fee for card payments.
DROP BOX
For your convenience, there is a roadside drop box and one to the right side of front door entrance. Please do not leave cash. Checks or money orders only. Please include your bill stub or your account number.
